No content of the Thrive digital platform shall be shared with any third-party organisation, including other Training and Recruitment organisations, without the express permission of Career Matters. Any Application Documents, including scoring methodology, questions, and responses shall be covered by this Declaration, and the User Tester agrees not to pass such documents to any person without confirmation from Career that a Confidentiality Declaration has been signed by that person and returned to Career Matters. If the Tester cannot agree to this Declaration, they should not participate in any testing of the Thrive platform and must return unread, any received documents to Career Matters.(2) Conflict of Interest Declaration The User Tester confirms that they have no conflict of interest in participating in the user testing process. Any conflicts must be declared below.
