Career Matters services for education providers offers high quality, independent and impartial careers education, information, advice and guidance to schools, further education, training providers and universities.

We make a positive difference to the lives of young people and adults, enabling them to fulfil their ambitions, and achieve their career and learning potential.

Career Matters recognises that contemporary careers guidance is as much about inspiration and aspirations as it is about advice and information.  Sustained and varied contacts with employer networks, Further Education Colleges, higher education institutions, mentors, coaches and alumni can motivate students with their academic focus and ability to think beyond their immediate circumstances, encouraging them to consider a broader and more ambitious range of future career opportunities.

Our careers service works in partnership with education to develop their students for the 21st century workforce.  Our service and bespoke programme approach is intended to assist learners in making the right education, training and occupation choices.

Our team will work with you to design and deliver an independent, impartial careers programme.   Our advisors will be there at crucial transition points in your students’ education to help them make the correct choices and take the right decisions.

Career Matters supports education providers to integrate careers education into the curriculum across subject areas.  Our unique approach helps providers to adapt, gain new networks and methods of delivering meaningful career teaching and introduce new subjects that are ‘future focused’.  We identify the skills in demand through analysis of Labour market information in your local area to ensure that relevant training is available to enable students to progress.
